Ash (Ashley) Collins is the Founder and current CEO of URON Challenge, he was born in Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa. He came to the US at the age of five and settled in the city of Detroit, MI, where he grew up. His educational journey began at Wayne County Community College gaining degrees in: Associates of Applied Science in Business Administration and Certificate in Accounting & Bookkeeping.

After graduating he enlisted into the Army National Guard as a Logistics Analyst. Upon completing his training into the National Guard he was accepted into Wayne State University Business Program. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Public Relations.

While, working on his academic goals he balanced school and work interning at: Blue Cross Blue Shield, D.T.E. Energy, and Ford Motor Company in roles related to finance, underwriting, and project management. After obtaining his bachelors and masters degree, he was recruited as a Logistics Analyst for a consultant firm assisting the Department of Defense. After developing business experience he created URON Challenge soon after graduating from college.
